Orders

1. Placing an Order: To make a purchase, simply browse our website and add the desired product/s to your cart. Proceed to check out page where you will provide the necessary information for order processing. For wholesale packages please indicate your chosen option. Other instructions regarding your order please indicate on the note box to ensure proper processing.
2. Order Confirmation: Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order.  Please review this information carefully and contact us if any discrepancies are found.

Shipping:

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST) will be packaged and shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed starting the next business day. Once an order is shipped, you will be notified via email of tracking number if you provided an email address or if you prefer sms/text please let us know.
